Sales and Reservation Policy:

• All animals will be paid for in full before leaving our property.

• Goats will not be sold to homes that do not already have goats unless more than one goat is purchased. Goats require goat companionship, and this is non-negotiable. We often have weathers available at a very low price if your new friend needs a companion.

• Reservations:

  • ​If you are interested in a planned breeding we have for this year, please reach out. All reservations of kids prior to birth will be taken verbally on a waitlist. Please be respectful of this process ​​and treat these reservations with the same significance as you would a paid deposit.

  • ​Once kids are born, we will contact those on our waitlist within 48 hours. You will then have an additional 24 hours to pay the 50% deposit to hold your kid until weaning.

  • Deposits will be non refundable unless we are unable to fill your reservation due to our own retaining or in cases of injury, defect, or death of the kid while on our premises.

  • We reserve the right to cancel a reservation at any time. A full refund would be offered at that time.​

• ​ Defects and Replacements:​ If an animal is found to have a congenital or genetic defect that would disqualify them from the show ring (with exception to height - see below), or prevent that animal from breeding, a replacement animal will be offered with medical evidence of such a defect from a licensed veterinarian and/or accredited veterinary medical teaching hospital. Replacements will be in the from of the current or next available breeding season based upon availability. We do our best to breed for animals that fall below the maximum height allowance as set forth by ADGA, but we cannot guarantee the height of mature bucks or does. 

• ​All kids will be disbudded as soon as their horn buds start to appear. If the buyer wants to have a horned animal we MUST know before the birth of the kid, and we will require full payment within 48 hours of notification of birth.​​

• Kids  will be ready for pickup at 8-12 weeks or as a bottle baby if prior arrangements have been made.

• Transportation of animals is the responsibility of the buyer. All kids are required to have transportation or pick up scheduled by 12 weeks of age or within 30-day of adult goat purchase. We ensure our animals are healthy when they leave the farm, but we cannot provide a guarantee beyond their departure due to the stress of shipping and transportation.

• A $50 non-refundable deposit is required on an adult goat. An adult must be paid for in full at time of pickup. If we are holding an adult for more than 2 weeks (to be bred for example) we ask for a deposit of 50% of the total cost of the animal.

• Performance home reservations will take priority over non-performance. We always have a few pet wethers and occasionally, a pet quality doe or two. However, our main focus is placing our goats in performance homes that help to improve the value and reputation of our goats.

• All sales of goats are FINAL. By placing a deposit or purchasing an animal from us you are agreeing to​ all the above listed rules. 

• For all registered animals purchased from us, we require first right of refusal. Meaning that before the animal is offered for resale to the public we want the opportunity to purchase the animal back at the price the animal is being sold for currently.
